To use your pass, you must first complete the transaction process on this website. You cannot book tickets with your pass before completing the purchase. 

There is sometimes a small delay between purchasing the pass before it is active on your account. Try logging out of your account then logging back in. When the pass is active you should see a new ticket option when selecting seats on the seating plan. 

Browse the programme through our website. When you click to book tickets you will be taken to our ticketing platform. This website keeps items in your basket for 30 mins so if you want to add more films, feel free to close the tab and return to our website to add more films to your basket. 

You must use up all the tickets on your pass before purchasing a new pass.
